½ oz Antica Sambuca Classic
1 oz dark rhum
1 oz ginger and turmeric syrup
1 oz lime juice, 2 spoons pear jam
In a mixing tin add all the ingredients, shake vigorously with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve.
10ml Antica Sambuca Raspberry liqueur
50ml vodka
10ml lime juice
30ml cranberry juice
10ml simple syrup
4 strawberries
In un tumbler schiacciare le fragole. Aggiungere il ghiaccio e gli altri ingredienti, mescolare bene e riempire il bicchiere con ghiaccio tritato. Guarnire con una fragola.

2 oz blood orange juice
¾ oz lemon juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Cool the glass. Freshly squeeze lemons and oranges. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for about 6/8 seconds. Strain everything into the glass, and serve.
20ml Antica Sambuca cherry liqueur
10ml Liqueur Volare Cherry brandy
40ml Gin
20ml lemon juice

Combine the ingredients, except soda, in a shaker and shake well with ice.
Strain into a collins glass and add the soda.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
20ml Antica Sambuca liquorice liqueur
50ml Bourbon
5 drops of Angostura® aromatic bitters
In a mixing glass combine the ingredients and mix well with ice.
Strain into an old fashioned glass and garnish with a licorice stick and an orange peel.
20ml Antica Sambuca Banana liqueur
40ml white rum
20ml lime juice
45ml pineapple juice
45ml grapefruit juice
Combine all the ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with two thin banana slices.
20ml Antica Sambuca apple liqueur
40ml vodka
20ml lime juice
100ml apple juice
Egg white drops
Combine all the ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with apple slices arranged in a fan shape.

In a mixing tin pour Antica Sambuca Raspberry Liquor, vanilla extract, gin, lime juice, fresh raspberries and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with vanilla, fresh raspberries and serve.
